0.00 44 minutes A BBC documentary about medical volunteers and their patients at the Gaza Hospital in West Beirut in the aftermath of the 1982 Israeli invasion of Lebanon and the siege and bombardment of West Beirut, home to the PLO and the Palestinian refugee camps of Sabra and Chatila. The filming took place in the days immediately before the infamous Sabra-Chatila massacre, carried out by Lebanese Phalangist troops inside an area under Israeli military control.
