The Kidnappers Foil
3.80 20 minutes The Kidnappers Foil was an American short film. It was made by Melton Barker numerous times between the 1930s to 1970s. Each iteration featured small-town children as actors (a different small-town in each iteration), the parents of whom paid Barker a fee in exchange for appearing in the film. The plot of the film centered on a well-to-do girl being kidnapped, and then escaping, a pair of hoodlums.
