The first scene shows a grave yard out side a church. The camara moves along the tombstones towards the church. A gang of nurses (in uniform) are seen entering the chruch. All the regular characters a there in black and looking sad.
Two people are standing at the front of the church in black. They are revealed as Patrick Doyle and Karl Fletcher. Patrick starts going threw his pockets like his lost something.
